Book Bugs: Tales of Travellers was the fifth iteration of NLB Singapore's flagship reading programme launched in 2016 to foster a love of reading in children. Set in the fantastical world of Bugcadia, this promotion encouraged readers to explore stories in English and Mother Tongue Languages. Players earn points by borrowing books or eBooks, which can be redeemed for Book Bugs cards. There have been various quizzes, community events, and playoffs that give opportunities for players to earn bonus points and collect tokens. More than just screen-free entertainment, the Book Bugs card game sparks children’s cognitive skills as they take charge of their gameplay.

ByeO Barelands is a Singapore-made biodiversity card game initiative led by two young naturalists who spent three years translating field notes, expert consultations, and authentic wildlife behaviours into playful experiences that rebuild the bridge between people and nature, turning curiosity into care for the ecosystems right on our doorstep.

Capital Gains Studio is a Singapore-based game design and development studio on a mission to inspire learning through simple yet seriously fun ways. We also publish light family games under Mercat games, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for families and friends.

Chapters: A Libraries and Archives Game by the National Library Board is a nostalgic tableau building and set collection game of living libraries and archives for 2 to 4 players. Players build their library or archive using NLB’s suite of offerings and invite Friends to win as many Hearts as they can.
